Probably need headphones to hear the audio. Worth it though
Funny guy. what a fcukin nut job!

'She's gonna need a wheelchair'

Bloke is brilliant. If I never see him fight again, I will at least remember this,

'That waaaaas some funny aaaassss shit'!

Good luck to Darren Barker tonight. I hope he wins the World title against the Aussie Daniel Geale on Sky Sports tonight in the US. It would be great and if he does it would set up some great fights for him in the UK that would get big pay days against Martin Murray , Andy Lee , Mat Macklin to name 3. He is up against the easiest champion in my opinion and its a winable fight for Barker if he brings his A game. Geale isnt a big banger but is more of a boxer so Barker needs to keep his wits about him but I fancy Barker by KO for some reason tonight. IF it goes to the cards the Aussie wins.

Also on the undercard Kiko Martinez fights for a World title against Jhonatan Romero how Martinez got the fight after he got Kod by Frampton I will never understand but money talks in boxing. Any way a good night of fighting for me with a decent under card on as well.

3 World title fights and 3 new champions. Well we finally seen Nathan Cleverley in a competitive fight and what happens he got sparked out. Madness Warren protected Cleverley for long enough and in the fashion Cleverley got beaten by Kovalev I would be interested to see if he can ever come back from that sort of beating and become a World Champion again.

Kiko Marthinez a World Champion. I cant beleive he got a shot of the title but now he is the World Champion. IF I was Framptons team get back onto him and hope he wants to fight as thats a winable fight for Frampton who has Kikos number and would beat Kiko again if they were to fight again so Warren get your money out and put it into that fight. As as far as I am aware you now have no World Champions to promote.

Finaly congrats to Darren Barker. Won on points and is the World champion a close fight it could of went either way for me. Barkers more come forward style won him the fight and consistantly in Geale's face got him the decision. This is what British boxing needed. Barker being World Champion it opens up big pay days for him in the UK with the potential fights of Barker v Murray , Macklin or Lee all doable. I could even see Matchroom trying to do some sort of bill with Barker fighting Lee for the World title or Macklin and on the under card the other 2 fighting and the winners fighting each other later next year it would sell out big in the o2 in London or anywhere around the UK. This is good stuff for UK boxing in my view. Also a slight negative it might see Sky doing another PPV with Barker as the headline act.

Brilliant night of boxing. Glad Cleverly got beat. The Buckland KO was probably KO of the year. And Barker was brilliant aswell. Made up for him after all he's been through.

Good win for Enzo Mac aswell. Was a very good fight. And fuck knows how Kiko Martinez got a world title shot but fair play to him.

Say that again but he looked good. I know that Frampton will be looking for a fight with Kiko but I just cant see Kiko fighting Frampton again. The weakest World Champion on the Super bamtamweight division.

Delighted for Barker, he fought brilliantly after getting up to beat the count. It was really emotional at the end to, great story.

Kiko wants Donaire, think there's more money in that fight for him, plus he knows Frampton has his number. Hearn is saying Quigg is the mandatory apparently?? But Barry and Carl are saying its them..

Nobody wants Rigo I see haha

Donaire will beat Kiko. I dont know I think that in some cases the World bodies are messed up. IF you got KOd in a fight you shouldnt be able to fight for a World title within a year in my opinion more so after a KO beating. If it goes to the cards fair enough but not after getting beaten by a fighter 2 fights ago. How he jumped others is weird.

Quigg isnt mandatory for Kiko he fights Salinas for the WBA championship on the Haye v Fury undercard. Saying that I do think that Matchroom and Hearn would get Kiko v Quigg before any rematch with Frampton. Its a shame that Frampton and Barry split from Matchroom as Barry has messed up Framptons chances of getting a World title shot and a winable 1 at that. Hearns and Matchroom back there fighters while Warren has money problems. The worst move by Frampton teaming up with Warren.

Not found a reason to post in this thread for ages and then I got home from work and caught what must have been a re-run of something called "The Gloves are Off" on Sky 3. What an excellent show this was!!

A round table chat with Chris Eubanks, Joe Calzaghe, Roy Jones Jr, Steve Collins, Johnny Nelson and Richie Woodall; all world champions exploring the psyche of their opposing characters post career.

Just when I thought there was nothing Sky could attract me with besides live footy!

Agreed!

He did admit, to his credit, that would not have stood and traded with Eubanks in their fight, but found a will to win, which CE never had.

Is it me (as I only came in a while into the show) or did I get the impression that Collins wanted a showdown fight with Jones Jr??

Aah!! I had nipped out of the room to deal with my kids and forgot I could press rewind on the channel, but I was confused as to why Collins had gotten up and walked away! I thought he was upset about something!!

Abner Mares just got sparked. Haha

Garcia is a Philly fighter so he has plenty of heart. I don't rate Peterson so I see Garcia as being a major step up for Matthyse.

I'm only right once a year so I thought I'd crow a bit.

Garcia was amazing tonight though.

It wasnt a flowing fight. The knockdown was a bit of a joke and that won Garcia the fight.

just watched the fight and they are 2 tough blokes, dont think Khan beats Garcia in a rematch, he won't be able to put Garcia away and if Khan is having to be in there for 12 rounds he's getting tagged at some point
