Pacquao has to make those exertions and punches count- He has to hit the target and hurt Mayweather because it will come back to bite him later on in the fight if he does not . Mayweather is not throwing a lot but he is scoring a lot of sneaky points with his opportunist quick reaction jabs and low punches.
