The British Monarchy

I imagine that lads comments are quite indicative of that generation.
It seems to me that the majority who are still staunch backers of the monarchy are of a certain vintage.
Clock is definitely ticking on the eventual demise of the Royal family but they still have a few years left I’d say.

He thinks differently to you.

If, when you’re out, some shoves a mic in your face and asks your opinion, you can answer how you want to.

But whatever she says wont be punctuated by the label "This is what women think".

Framing it as "The young know what's what" is stupid in the extreme.

Of course, generalising as "this is what the young think" is inaccurate. But I'm willing to bet if you asked most within that demographic (which I will admit is mine), they would either be indifferent or firmly entrenched in the republican camp.

Nope. Just a young lad with his head screwed on who can see through this nauseating soap opera.
It’s only nauseating if you’ve involved yourself. I’m ambivalent so haven’t watched it. For those that have that’s fine. Are you watching it just to be nauseated and angry ?

Look at the news and who are there, there are thousands and thousands of young people. Some bellend who parked his skateboard minutes earlier before doing a line hasn't got the views of the majority.

Yes the young may not get the feeling of Queen and country, but his views weren't that he didn't care or they were irrelevant he came across as a knob and played to the scripted question.

I haven't been watching it. But we live in an age where it's hard to avoid news for too long. My missus has royalist leanings and I had the misfortunate of catching some BBC news earlier; some silly cow asked a little girl who could only have been around four/five years old if she thought King Charles would make a good king. It then panned to Buckingham Palace to show hundreds of mourners smiling and taking selfies. It's choreographed propaganda. These people aren't grief stricken, they're sucking on the teats of media fodder to then go and regurgitate on social media for likes.
