I’m sure he could rustle up Abramovich levels of security, which I expect would prove to be more than adequate. And if, as you say, he just has to ask nicely, and his family’s safety is paramount, then surely any responsible person would…er…ask nicely. The other alternative is that he doesn’t come to the UK.

He’s got those three choices, as I see it, and none of them entail him enduring any real hardship.

Like I said, don’t dislike him, and his battle with the press has definitely been a force for good and something to admire, but this hill isn’t one he should have elected to fight on imo. He should just have took it on the chin and responded as one of the options above. It is entirely within his gift to provide a solution to this issue, in a way that all the money in the world cannot solve in relation to the media’s methods of reporting on him and his family.
 
The magazine interviews, books and Netflix documentary about how sad they are they won’t ever be able to step foot in the UK ever again will be a hoot.
 
I love how the boot-lickers hate the Ginger Prince. A few years ago they’d have absolutely loved him. The ‘modern face’ of royalty etc!

The fact that we still have a king, a queen, who was officially the most hated woman in Britain, (The Sun TM), and princes just shows what a ridiculous country we live in.

I want my 50p per week back.

Agree 24/7 security, I think there is more to it than that, he can hire his own private security and already does, but to have access to the King and crown property he would need his own royal security and clearance back.
No one including Harry can rock up and demand to see any of the RF without a palace invitation, they knew it when they walked away.

I think the prodigal son want’s to heal the sad family fall out, but it never ends well unless both sides want a reconciliation.

Fair enough but this idiot made a big fuss about withdrawing from Royal Duties and said he wanted to be left alone to live a 'normal' life away from the press and be allowed to make their own money etc etc. He and his wife have traded on the royal connection ever since and continue to do so, I wish he would get his wish and people would just ignore the pair of them. I have no idea why this story is generating so much press.. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

He said he didn't know "how much longer my father has". Telling the world's media something like that marks him out as a selfish twat in my book. He's almost saying I'll only come and visit you Pop if you give me the amount of security I feel I deserve.

Should be remembered that his sister in law is in remission from cancer too and yet he's playing popularity games like some downtrodden black sheep of the family-type with hardly 2 farthings to rub together.

Do you not feel sorry for him.
His mother died at the age of 38yo.
He’s now 40 yo.

Is his dad still alive? You never hear about him anymore.
