well the London Mayoral race is going Khans way

Not sure where all this rhetoric came from that thought Hall had won.

Khan seems to be winning with a larger majority than last time, albeit with a different voting system.

I think it was partly based on turnout - Someone worked out that it was down in areas where Labour had won last time, but up in Tory areas, and that it might be an indication he wasn't doing very well.
