The Conservative Party

So a twat who has tried to ruin the NHS and is mistakenly refered to as **** when mentioned or an actual **** will be the next PM, the countries fucked more than it was already time for a revolution

If you want destruction you can count me out.

It would have to be done outside working hours and a guarantee of no negative impact on GDP. Can you stay away from Pret if you’re throwing stuff.

Thanks.

Tried to ruin the NHS? How do you think he did that exactly? By forcing a bunch of whining, self-important twats to do what everyone else in a customer-facing job has to do, and provide a decent service at times other than 9-5 Monday to Friday?

Calling Junior Doctors or GPs ‘self serving twats’ is a insulting to them as it is inaccurate.

Well get the bloody quote right at least. Although I'm happy with that description too, tbf.

Honestly, you'd think it's only people who work for the NHS who have to work hard. People might have noticed my absence around here lately. Maybe it's something to do with my work being full on and my doing 100 hour weeks at the moment.

I can say with a degree of confidence, I think, that doctors and GPs will not just ‘clock off’ at 5pm

I think they were misrepresented in the media during this time, just as fireman were and every other industry which takes industrial action(that’s not to say all industrial action is right, of course)

I find it interesting, yet slightly off topic, that the media outlets which criticise doctors, fireman etc get their knickers in a twist over pensions having to pay to watch TV and listen to radio when these same organisations aren’t typically too keen on ‘handouts’

Working on the front line of any public service department these days is considerably more than just a customer facing job.
Having to be not only accountable for the role your job description originally said but also being responsible for crisis management (where people are threatening to commit suicide), social working (signposting them to support for domestic violence, debts, modern slavery (and yes it does exist here...big time), homelessness etc etc etc
The words "customer facing" belittle, considerably, the shit that every public sector worker has to go through every day.
Anxiety levels amongst these staff are through the roof. Most find it difficult to sleep and you can never really get away from the next ton of shit you will be waking up to.

On an aside from the leadership comedy

The homelessness mimister has had to appologise for her commmemts made about said homeless by refering to them as tinkers, and called out as racist, though I am not sure what is more racist the fact that ahe said it or that when appologising she talked about the roma community, when a tinker is the name traditionally used for the Irish traveler community no the Roma or Gypsies

Tinker isn't racist, thieving, murdering, mannerless, stinking pavee, now that might be.

Anyone know what/who these protesters were/stated?

edit: oh, the environment. Anti-climactic.
