The Conservative Party

"Loan shark chancellor with the buy now pay later PM" is a good line that could stick to Sunak and Johnson.

Emergency question to the house with regards to the humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan. Once again it's a minister and not the cabinet member talking on it. Where the fuck is Truss?

A thing I've just realised in PMQs is that Boris had just tied the brick of the cost of living crisis to Sunak. Looks like he's trying to scupper his leadership bid.

Who remembers watching the C4 programme in 2019 on the ‘entitled rich in the know’, earning coin from Brexit.

Vlad Rees Moggie was estimated to have earned over £5m as a major shareholder from just one business post vote when said business share price climbed.

The HoC Register published a list of politicians who were charging to speak as experts on the subject around the time of the critical vote.

Remember to register that some of these sums are per- speech. And of course there was no self interest here.
  • Nick Clegg £60,000-£80,000 plus flights from California where he was working for Facebook
  • Boris Johnson £100,000.
  • Former Foreign Secretary William Hague was offered £40,000-50,000. Mind you this ones a bit like Phil Jones being offered for transfer at £15,000,000
  • Former Government minister Jo Johnson was the cheapest for hire at £15,000
  • Conservative Remainer Kenneth Clarke earned almost £14,000 for 2 speeches on Brexit
  • Former Brexit secretary David Davis was paid £19,000 for a speech to the City
  • After he left Downing Street, David Cameron trousered £120,000 for a speech to Wall Street that talked about Brexit
Vote carefully in May folks!

And you’ve failed to mention a single Labour MP who also gets paid for speaking? Are you paid by Labour or something to be some sort of keyboard activist? I think we need a register of members interest on here!! ;)

Truss on her way to Moscow to get Putin's vote one her leadership campaign.

Something to think about. It takes 54 letters of no confidence to the Chair of the 1922 committee to trigger a vote of no confidence in Johnson. What does it tell you that over 300 Tory MPs know what he is like but still want him in charge??

That they won't win the next election
