Which is quite amazing for work shy NHS staff who don’t actually do anything other than dance on tick tock!!

What would resolve it and get us to a path that addresses the inequality and every other damn thing which is dragging us down? Thats an open question to anybody (because given our present circumstances, I'm at a loss to how this is going to get better).

Leave the smaller union to join a bigger one?
I don’t know. I’m at a loss really.
