no-one, but......PFI is an open sore, the lack of oversight has been a money-tree for the spivs that have exploited it. He was either blindsided or badly advised. imo
I always used to vote Green in Euro elections, they usually did well.
PFI has a bad rep because of a number of badly managed projects but in principle I don't think it's that bad. It works well in other countries.just a gentle reminder that PFI is a Tory policy introduced by Majors Government……admittedly continued by Labour until the full extent of the damage was known , then scrapped by Andy Burnham.
