5.7m people in this country fail to declare earnings in the UK annually and is estimated to cost £23.5bn each year. Cash in hand, a bit of work outside their main job, that sort of thing. Mostly southerners TBF.

One isn’t. For it to be 360 times larger than the other it would be £2.3 trillion. Which is twice what the government actually gets in tax revenue so that’s hardly likely is it? Unless they are saying benefit fraud is £315m which is an entirely made up number - but thought they attribute that to the DWP for credibility.

Guess it depends on how the figures have been worked out. What they class as benefit fraud and whether they are including taxes that corporations should pay, but don’t.
