I am on the top rate now, this is a review, not unusual it has taken a year apparantly , i dont want yet another in person assessment , i have had several of them over the years , just want to know where i stand as my current pips runs out in june , she said if they havent processed my claim by then then they extend the payments by one year , what a stupid system it isMost PIP ongoing claims but they are understaffed and behind. If your condition has worsened and are not IRO the top rate for care and mobility you can ask for a full re assessment. They can also reduce your award following re assessment
