Seems like 'shoot the messenger syndrome' to me.

DD has raised a few issues that some people find uncomfortable and this kind of desperate pathologising of him is the result.

All is not rosy in the garden and dismissing those who dare say so as attention seeking actually illustrates that quite well.

Points of view and discussion are fine, seems that it's a variety of issues that cause the negative vibes, such as jealous rag supporters or similar or those who just don't know how lucky we Man City fans are at this moment in time, long since my first visit to Maine Road in 1969 to witness the boys trouncing Schalke 04 in the Cup Winners Cup semi final which we won 5 - 1. From that year onwards it's been lean to say the least. We now have with the introduction of a very wealthy and generous Sheik Mansour, a situation that are what dreams are made of, it just appears that there ain't no pleasing some , it reminds me of my daughter in a sweet shop, just wanting more.

Nothing wrong with all that but lets enjoy the moment and hopefully huge times ahead. Positive thinking troops!

It's a football forum. Every one I've seen in my short experience has people who abuse others when they post negative or WUMish comments.

Grow a thicker skin.
