I like Dzeko If we get a couple of wingers lets keep him for another year and see how he does.

^^^this, Edin needs proper service, something he hasn't had
The team seems to work fairly well. What about selling Edin and bringing in a striker that suits our game. It's not like he is more important than yaya, silva, Nasri and Kun

Barca and utd have not got the success they have from "fairly well" though. It simply is not enough as this season is showing us.

Logic says it is better to Keep Dzeko if we do get these winger/s Mancini wants as that would help his game a lot.

No point buying a solution to a problem your selling anyway.

Barca had a situation like this with Ibra. Scored plenty of goals but seemed to stunt the natural way they played and never looked like a seamless part of the system.

So they got rid of Ibra (loan to Milan with obligatory buy at the end) after one season and replaced him with someone who fits their system, David Villa.

Berbatov is the same at United, he was the Golden Boot co-winner and can barely get in the team this season as Baconface feels he slows down the way they play even though he is better than Welbeck and Hernandez.

Love Dzeko but he is just too inconsistent
This for me too. It would be fantastic if he came on and scored the winner.

He has to start this Monday as he always scores vs rags :). He score, we win and get a lot of money for him this summer. Not bad idea indeed.
What do you think?
If he starts on Monday I will come to Bosnia and bare my arse on your 9 o'clock news. Absolutely no chance.

Well without 'proper service' to Dzeko we've scored 85 league goals. So we change a team that scores 85 goals just to suit Dzeko?

Mancini wanted and wants wingers... Once more, we all know we need at least one, if not two, regardless of whether Dzeko/Balotelli stay. How would we exactly be changing the team for Dzeko?

I truly believe that if we had managed to get Alexi Sanchez in the summer Dzeko and Aguero would be one and two in goalscoring and we'd probably have just lost to Bayern in the CL semi-finals (trying to be realistic).

PSG might offer us our money back for Dzeko, surely if we get within a few million of what we paid for him, we'll take the offer? Falcao is 5'10" and scores loads of headers while fellow big man Llorente excels around many small players in the Bilbao team, so surely there are players out there we could replace Dzeko with (if we got the right offer for Dzeko) without altering our highly technical system too much?

Llorente's quick feet for Bilbao's second goal against Lisbon was the kind of forward play we will never see from Dzeko regardless of the personel around him or the tactics employed, it's just not something he's capable of. Llorente is everything we hoped Dzeko would be.
