NBC Sports reporting Barkley could be out 7 weeks to 4 or 5 months. Apparently Martinez had some negative comments after the game about the scan being inconclusive, which is apparently is bad.

We might have dodged a big one here.

I thought Everton looked a decent side last season & were good to watch. I was wrong about Martinez & he has shown that he is very good manager. I think they will finish in a similar position to last season.

The signing of Balotelli for the Mickeys will confirm they finish in a similar position to last season for certain.
