I'm voting Greens, Zack Polanski is impressive, and he's also a Salford lad like myself.
(Fuck off there's loads of City in Salford, don't conflate us with the fucking rags.)
‘Socialist’? Tell me you know fuck all about politics without actually saying it.That sounds about right tbh, have to say for a long time I didn’t hold much interest in politics either. As things have got worse I’ve started taking more interest, mostly because the socialists we have in now are personally very bad for me.
Generally though it’s like after City lose, the post match thread is full. If people are satisfied they usually say less. Politics seems similar, with both far left and far right making the most noise about stuff. Empty vessels make the most sound, perhaps.
He needs to fix his teeth aswell and WTF is it with the name change???? Blokes absolutely mental..Yes he's very impressive hopefully he'll put breast enlarging hypnotherapy on the NHS.
Nick Clegg. Austerity. Why do the Lib Dems get totally forgotten ?
In fact, i feel they've been on stronger and more outspoken on Gaza, Musk, Reform than the Greens have.
That's the trouble these days, everything is so mixed up.The current Labour government? You believe they're Socialist?
Ok, so to me they’re socialists because they’re striving towards more social equality. They increase minimum wage while imposing higher and higher taxes on savers, businesses and those of us fortunate enough to own properties and investments. All the time they refuse to be stricter on welfare, so we end up with too few people working and contributing to society, so taxes go up for the rest.
Whilst many people may welcome this, personally I do not, hence to me labour are socialists. Greens are even worse.
I’m not expecting any sympathy or many people to agree, because most people hate the wealthy and think we should subsidise the rest of society. Obviously I vehemently disagree.

To me they appear to be the only party recognising and attempting to tackle the huge disparity in the economy.
Getting to a point where 4 or 5 companies are going to own the world. AWS went down 2 weeks ago and fucked up a huge chunk of businesses worldwide. I dont see a healthy society when 4 or 5 people could essentially shut the economy down.
The wealth disparity between the top billionaires and the rest is growing astronomically, since the 90's to now it is genuinely ridiculous.
It's not even necessarily about the millionaires, it's definitely not about the self employed people doing well, not even about the cfo's and ceo's who have worked their way to the top of a big company. We're talking the top 1%, maybe even the top 0.1%, most of which is earned through inheritance, or nefarious methods of exploiting labour or exploiting tax.
That's why I think the greens are spot on with their economic message.
Imagine Labour/conservatives/reform had announced a leader who had:
- From a wealthy family
-Private Education (and kicked out for bad behaviour)
-Name change
-Actor
-Numerous run-ins with the law
-Worked for a private health clinic offering very questionable and creepy hypnotherapy
-Got the huff with a previous party cos he didn't get enough votes in a by-election so jumped to a new one.
Those who'll vote for Polanski would be spewing, but they'll vote for him!
Nothing but a Snake oil salesman.
Tell me you know fuck all about politics without actually saying it.They’re socialists by my standards.
nutshell, be years before the student rip-off is forgotten as wellNick Clegg. Austerity.
Most of this I agree with.
But labour does seem to have a problem with more than the billionaires. The tax on non-doms is killing me, then there’s increased council tax, tax on second homes, tax on interest income, tax on private schools, it never bloody ends.
And what do we have to show for it? Still a £20bn deficit, shite infrastructure, stressed out and inefficient NHS, white elephants like HS2, rampant crimes in towns and cities and far too many people on benefits that are just taking the piss.
Fella seems to have re-emerged. Qualifying the fact he is a **** and has zero self awareness. Davey seems sound but the pranks and jests didn’t really hit the note. He comes across as a self made carpet factory owner who wants to buy a table tennis table for the youth club.nutshell, be years before the student rip-off is forgotten as well
How does being in favour of mass immigration (which the "Greens" are) tackle the disparity in the economy? To me they appear to be the only party recognising and attempting to tackle the huge disparity in the economy.

The only reason we've got mass immigration is because its so hugely profitable for the exploitative corporations and parasitic rentier class establishment.
Without mass immigration these billionaire entities wouldn't have been able to suppress wages, erode workers rights and inflate the cost of accommodation... massively enriching themselves in the process.
