Nearly all of it. Take a look outside the window now or a walk down the street; the sky is blue, the Sun is shining, it’s warm and there’s a nice breeze in the air, people have smiles on their faces, a few will have nodded and said ‘good morning’, go down the pub after work, people will be laughing, a good tune will be out on the jukebox, maybe pop in to see your Mam before heading home and see what she’s been up to and have a few laughs and a brew, ask your Dad what he thinks about Kovačić and any other a City singings and remember that City have just won a treble, have something nice for tea… what else matters?Which bit?
Everything else is immaterial.
Where are you living, who’s in your life and what do you concentrate on that makes you think this country is in a sorry state?
Our lives are what we make of them and who we surround ourselves with, not what’s trending on social media, what the media is saying or what the politicians are up to. As long as the street lights are on, the politicians barely make a difference in my life from day-to-day.
Great Britain is seriously not what the Politics Subforum makes it out to be.
