The idiocy (and selfishness) of panic buying

Was going to pop into Costco for an ill relative to get her some water but couldn't even get into the car park. This was before the general public were allowed in.

Ended up in Lidl up the road, again car park almost full and one one pack of water per visit. Rice, pasta & bog rolls were not available not that we needed any.
Do these idiots seriously believe that the tap water is going to get turned off?

Panic buying bog roll only started as a result of there being a limited shortage in Australia after the main manufacturers factory burned down in the bush fires. This is the problem with the likes of FaceAche and Tw*tter, rumours spread quickly through the idiots and end up f*cking everyone over.

Yeah comes out of taps but no fucking use if you're terminally ill with Cancer and bedridden!!!
If you're bedridden, you will need someone to fetch the water in the first place, and they could just as easily fill a reusable bottle from the tap in all fairness.

There is no reason for panic buying bottled water. This is not a Third World country.

Nipped into the coop to get my dinner before and out of some weird curiosity thought id see what people have been buying, quite worrying to see the ibuprofen absolutely cleared out even though ive read its makes covid19 more dangerous.

Went to pick up some paint to occupy me when we can't go out and about. Pride of place in his window was bog rolls, he's a good lad but I suppose every cloud.

My asda order is coming today and I was expecting a ton of substitutions and missing items, but instead it's pretty much all there except they've sent me different Easter Eggs than the ones I ordered. I will soldier on

They seriously need to limit what people can buy. If people kick off involve the police and arrest the cunts.

Fucking selfish wankers. They’d be more than enough for everyone if they didn’t buy excessive amounts.

I seem to be hearing that the panic buying has finally peaked.
Just spoke to a neighbour across the road and he has got most of the shopping he wanted.

(just trying to think how i'm going to shift 500 bog rolls quick)

Two of my son's work for Aldi. One drives HGV and the other works in the distro warehouse. The warehouse is full with no items in short supply other than handwash but staff are busier than Christmas time. It's all down to panic buying and it's taking its toll with both my boys being asked to work ridiculous overtime.

They need to start saying no.

Send the wankers away if they’re buying excessive amount.

I am worried about the Aldi 4 item limit on anything spreading to my local coop, if I can only buy 4 cans at a time I'll be constantly walking backwards and forwards. Unless its 4 multipacks a day in which case I should be able to manage with just the daily visit.

2pm, Saturday, Asda.
No bog rolls, no kitchen paper, no milk.
Milk, why are they hoarding milk ffs ?
