The idiocy (and selfishness) of panic buying

Not really - tea tonight was a home made tomato sauce ( I make a batch of a dozen and freeze them ) with some minced steak in it, some boiled dried spaghetti with a bit of cheese on it, crusty bread and a salad. Healthy eating is frugal eating - most people who say it isn't don't try it as its easy to use Just Eat for them.
Spaghetti hoarding ****

the supermarkets are full of stuff and they get re stocked during the night, there is no shortage except hand cleaner, whats there today is there tomorrow, people will deal with this crisis by panic buying, thats there way of dealing with it,let them do what they do if there in the need to buy 100 cans of baked beans so be it if it put there mind at rest

Went to lidl earlier for a bit of panic buying and came back with a large block of cheese, bottle of gin and some red wine. Should keep me going.

I did exactly the same, came away with a scuba diving suit, a German foghorn. And three boxes of zinc coated bolts. Fucking sorted.

massive bargains on the other side of this for the "survivors" - all those warehouses full of beans and anti bac handwash will cost to store it so Aldi will be selling at below cost could well be the way to cut their losses.....never showed that benefit on 28 Days Later and Shaun of the Dead did they?????

I just tell the wife every time she goes shopping buy an extra couple tins of food, a gradual increase so we ain’t dicking others.

You lazy ****, give her a hand, get four tins and save petrol into the bargain. :)
