They are getting 2 fingers off me and I will donate £10 to a charity of my choice instead and listen to it on the radio....im going old school for it

I agree. Sad bastard. Why was the semi a debacle. It was one of the best days I have ever had watching City for 51 years of going. So stuff you I am going to enjoy the day again and hope we can empty the rag end as quick this time.

I really want to go but am on the family holiday in Spain we travel back on the sunday of the game.. Bad planning on my part .. well fuck it i will watch it in spain and then again when we all get back.

I was going to boycott the semi but my dad told me to being a mard arse so I went -

I will always pay for a cup final ticket, thats what wembers is for - cup finals

I would just like football fans to stand up for themselves and say were not paying these prices anymore. £55 for away tickets is getting stupid and its only going to go up.

And yes, the charity shield is about as meaningful as the TC trophy.

Its none of your business why people go or don't go, the match to me is totally meaningless, I won't even be watching or listening as I have something better to do. The season starts the following week, then it will get my full attention.

What's all this friendly bollocks. Since when has there ever been such a thing as a friendly when, particularly in this match, both teams will be trying to send out a message and Yernited will be trying to quieten their noisy neighbour.

I won't be going. Went to the semi and there was too much trouble for my liking. Saw a guy get severely KO'ed [as I posted on here at the time] by a rag and had to put him in recovery position, his blood on my clothes etc. Can't be arsed with trouble like that for the sake of a friendly match.

I am sure the policing will be exactly the same as last time if not worse. I couldn't blame any family man for missing this one.
