Ireland got a standing ovation off many when he went off and generous appluase from others. He disappointed me with his lack of acknowledgement of this.

As per recent times after a bright first 10 minutes, he was totally invisible for the rest

Shay was very respectful of the fans, when he came out for the second half he gave the fans a big applause. Not sure if Dunne did, I doubt Ireland did.

All good players for City. I wish them well.

All 3 of them acknowledged our fans at some stage, in fact Dunne and Given acknowledged at least three times. Shay when he came out to warm up acknowledged us, it took him a second or two to realise that we were applauding him and calling his name. He then acknowledged us when he came out for the second half and again at the end of the match after they had been over to their fans.

Dunnie was the same, he acknowledged us on warm up, when they came out for the second half and at the close of the match. Stevie Ireland acknowledged us when he came out to warm up and when he was substituted although the substitution one was low key but he looked gutted to be brought off.

Dunney, Superman and Shay all returning on Saturday. All very good players for us. 5 player of the year awards, many man of the match performances, goals, assists and clean sheets.

All three will be getting a cheer from me.
