Yeah, guilty of the headline grabbing post, but my opinion on this is the opposite. I think it's a good thing. The NHS needs reform from the top down. There were a lot of people left in limbo (some who I know both personally and professionally) and this is good news and should put an end to this.I don't know the ins and outs, but the way Blackley put it forward was suggesting the money was just conjured up out of thin air which appears not to be the case.

The repeated questions about 'will you ever challenge Starmer' were crass ('ever' is there to set up a hostage for the future, and the whole question is there to get a quote to use). I thought Streeting dealt with it pretty well, and didn't say anything out of turn.
