What about outside of that?He can virtually say anything he wants with impunity within the grounds of the HoC under parliamentary privilege.

The family of Cameron Brooksbank would be so proud of what he did but he paid the ultimate price, the scum that attacked him got lenient sentences, only one of the group of criminals remain in prison and he'll be out in around 4 years.
No point in intervening (unless it's your job) and it's not good for you to be giving it Billy Big Balls, walk away is the advice in this day and age, there's too many nasty bastards that don't care about the general public.
What about outside of that?
Same constraints as everyone elseWhat about outside of that?
Good let’s hope the slime ball slips upSame constraints as everyone else

Except, ridiculously, call another MP a liar.He can virtually say anything he wants with impunity within the grounds of the HoC under parliamentary privilege.
Can we have m'learned friends' advice on that?Farage and others have clearly had legal advice on their messaging around this. You can get done for telling people to go out and riot but you can't get done for saying that this issue is so bad that you wouldn't be surprised if people did go out and riot.......
Except, ridiculously, call another MP a liar.
You are just not allowed to use the world liarSo an MP can falsely accuse another MP of being a nonce, but the falsely accused can't call out the lies?
As expected only repealing the minimum service.![]()
Angela Rayner announces draconian Tory anti-strike laws will be scrapped
Deputy PM Angela Rayner and Business Secretary Jonathan Reynolds have told Whitehall departments to begin work on repealing minimum service laws introduced by Rishi Sunakwww.mirror.co.uk
If Labour were serious about workers rights, they would significantly increase the statutory redundancy payments to people who are laid off. The statutory payments are abysmal and a disgrace to hard working people who lose their jobs due to no fault of their own. Compared to the redundancy payments in France, Holland, Germany and other European countries they are a joke. I won’t be holding my breath though…As expected only repealing the minimum service.
The threshold ballot stays.
This "partnership between trade unions and business" has to be explored. I personally think it's good for corporate governance. However, business has taken way too much from the workers and they need to move a long way in contractual protections and monetary value towards us.
Hoping it's not just a word salad where Blue Labour have said to their corporate donors they will throw the workers a crumb whilst they keep the loaf.

Peanuts mate. Absolutely peanuts. What are they?
Probably yes, but I wouldn’t be thick enough to carry weapons and then start attacking innocent people. It wasn’t a small number of people either. And they could have gone there with the intent on defending businesses of their relatives who are local to the area.
Would you stay in your own neighborhood if a group of violent racists were heavily rumoured to be on their way and close by?
The majority of the crowd didn't get involved in the ASB, property damage or violence.
The hoax is likely to have originated from far right troublemakers.

As I said it sounds like your trying to defend it and your struggling to put any blame on the violent thugs in Birmingham.
