The Linesman v Arsenal stood down (updated)

Can we make another banner and have it in the south stand for Saturday?

He highlighted the fact that we had protested about paying £62 for the ticket. They are supposed to be impartial but he aired an opinion for all the world to see. Whether it was mailicious or not is irrelevent, it could be construed that he was a spokesman for the officials, the FA and the Premier League.

Well if you want to technical about it.

For morals sake, i say well done.

Absolute bollox. There are so many things wrong with the game these days. I think the authorities need to get their priorities in order.

You got to love this place, can you imagine if the roles were reversed this place would be more suicidal than ever.
So what, the linesman passed an after game comment, he didn't lick a players arse or suck someones toes. The FA should be looking more into why they gave a 1 match ban for a player for saying something to a 4th official 1 week, then no action taken over many others previous and subsequent weeks. It's the inconsistency of the FA that needs looking at, not an official

linesman dropped

A bit harsh really

Twitter have suspended the account I was using to publicise the petition for this. I set up another and they suspended that one too.
Seems the opinion that this is an incorrect decision is not acceptable.
Without your help this petition will not be known or heard , shame really as it quickly gathered 5 pages of signatures and after today's press it would have gone huge.

this is just play FA madness, the official was obviously having a joke, to stand him down for that is just plain daft, maybe cause they had to overturn vinnys red card, maybe they made him a scapegoat, unfair imo

The lad is from Leistershire for those wondering where he is from so probably not blue, just a general footy fan himself most likely.

good thing he didn,t highlight the fact that city charge away fans up to £57...

imagine if he,d been caught at the end of the recent derby telling wio to get over and clap the fans paying £57.

its alright bringing arsenal under the spotlight, maybe we as city fans should look to our own club first.
