Baconface will be delighted to get a draw so doubt he will take unnecessary risks. They will hit us on the brake with pace at every opportunity. A performance even remotely like today's and we'll be lucky to escape with a draw. This nonsense that we will batter them 3/4 nil is ludicrous.

The tension of a Derby means that you can't really predict it. First goal is vital

As long as we don't lose, I don't mind too much because over the remainder of the season we will make up 3 points

Anderson confirmed out of the derby via the dark lord himself (out for a few weeks). He'd been finding form for them so it's good news I guess.

We'll probably get shafted by the referee and lose this. Until betfred pays out though, I think we can still retain our title.

Remember how many derbies we beat them in and they went on to win the league. It's not of the utmost importance at this stage.

Manchester City have withdrawn all media requests for player interviews ahead of next week's derby with Manchester United.

The club have also told players that they must not speak about the impending clash in Uefa's mixed zone after their Champions League clash with Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday night.

It is believed that the ban also extends to club sponsors as well the BBC and Sky Sports as the club look prepare for their biggest of the game of the season in a subdued manner.

The derby clash will take place on December 9 at the Etihad Stadium.
