Great project and any jobs created will be most welcome, no doubt some of the jobs will go to rags though and rather than be grateful we will get the usual brainless bravado of claiming to have done all sorts of skulduggery on site regard burying various items of rag kit and scarves etc.

the building on the bottom left, is the Connell College which isnt actually part of the development. But is integral to it.
