My issue with privatisation is the bullshit, underhand way that it always seems to emerge. By all means be in favour of privatising the NHS and make the case for areas that could benefit. Hell, make an argument for an insurance-based model if you think it'd be better. But you're fooling no-one by deliberately underfunding public services until you have "no choice" but to bring in private companies to sort things out.

I feel a little exploited tbh no one is paying me to talk shite on here. Blueuntrue must be a millionaire, fucking champagne socialist.

Anyhow the nhs is a mixed bag and as stated in the other thread(before workaholic started this one) why people don’t compare it to Germany or France rather than worse case scenario USA I don’t know. Actually I do they are arseholes using it as a political tool like politicians.

Just need bluemoons Nurse Ratched to make an in depth analysis of the pros and cons of the service and we can move. She may just say Jog on though.
