Denyar deserve credit for the goal.
Him and Lopes are the only ones I can really see getting close to the first team.

We're bloody useless at corners

We're bloody useless at everything, Chelsea are dominating the game and they should score more.

Feel sorry we don't have Denis Suarez and Joan Roman, other wise it was going to be entertaining with Suarez___Lopes _____Roman

Very poor performance especially from Lopes, Fofana and Bytyqi. Why the difference from Wednesday? Are the younger ones better than this lot?

higher quality opposition imo
There were a lot of unforced errors though and a few dozy switch off moments.
That happened in the liverpool game as well, apart from Denayer I don't think the back line are comfortable on the ball at all.

I know, being 17,inconsistency is expected, however, its performances like that from Lopes that concern me about his potential star quality.

I believe he really needs to be promoted to the next level where he can further develop and bloom otherwise he runs the risk of stagnating and perhaps history repeating itself in a similar fashion to recent departures.

As said,Denayer could also be a candidate for elevation.

Yep, noticed in previous games and highlights that playin it out seems to be a bit of a problem area.
