And 2nd based on points the previous season (though 3rd on goal difference).

In summary by far the best PL-team over the last 5 years. And yes, we are allowed to included a FA and League Cup. Why not ... plus a Charity Shield.

Points since 2010/2011:

City 397
Rags 390
Chelsea 376
Arsenal 360
Spurs 330
Liverpool 317

Just out of interest, have we scored the most goals & conceded the least over this period?

Don't especially want to be a dreary pedant, but shouldn't it run from 1/1/10?

Yes but very close with Chelsea on goals conceded.

For the last 5 years/seasons 2010/2011 - 2014/2015 the totals scored & conceded and goal difference are:

City 398 169 GD +212
Rags 378 192 GD +186
Chels 350 173 GD +177
Arse 352 204 GD +148
Liver 328 216 GD +112
Spurs 297 237 GD +60

Re: The race for the Top 4

After today's results, it's looking increasingly good for an automatic Champions League place ( finishing 2nd or 3rd) even if we cock up our last two games.

Arsenal have to slug it out with the Rags tomorrow (so someone will drop points)
Arsenal then have a tricky match against Sunderland who still need a point to survive
And the Rags face Hull next weekend who need to win to stand any chance of survival

So both of our top 4 rivals have 2 tough games to come and we have some wiggle room even if half the team are already on the beach.

Re: The race for the Top 4

I don't care as long as we get the one point required. Draw would be fine tomoz.

I'd be happy with that from the past 4 seasons

5 trophies in 5 years. Not bad, eh.

Re: The race for the Top 4

We have two attempts in securing a point, surely we are capable of that,

Apart from the fact Arse have got a game in hand...

She's referring to getting 3rd. I was wondering that earlier too.
