Last time I looked the Treasury was for the U.K. rather than owned by England. Or does the Treasury just forward you the bill?We just get the bill for it all ;-)

The treasury shouldn't be for the use of a political parties campaign like the SNP anymore than it should be used A Torys or labour campaign. How many millions are the SNP going to spend on this I wonder. Do you think Sturgeon is going to pay for it all.Last time I looked the Treasury was for the U.K. rather than owned by England. You mean like the Westminster government treat the treasury as their personal purse to award dodgy contracts to all their friends?
