The south stand

Crucial - "marked by final determination of a doubtful issue"

Had we only drawn tonight we would still have had a chance to win the group let alone qualify.

On that basis how exactly was tonight's game crucial ?

Crucial - Adjective:
1. Decisive or critical, esp. in the success or failure of something.
2. Of great importance.

It hits both, it was crucial to win tonight.

1. Tonight's match was neither critical nor decisive.

2. It was no more important than Bayern (A) or Napoli (H)

Villareal away won't be crucial either.

Napoli away may be.

It didn't help that after 2 minutes we went a goal down.

completely dampened and shattered everything it was built up to be.

no matter who you play or what the circumstances, it's a real kick in the bollocks when you concede straight away.

should do it again for fulham at home, they won'et bring more than 30 so perfect :)

got a video of the fans after we went 2-1 up, south stand looks brilliant. shame the game didnt really go our way, but it was a massive improvement on the last attempt (against wigan few years back). lots of positives to take from it imo

I saw you videoing us from the back. Haven't celebrated a goal like that since the FA Cup final. I thhink at times the atmosphere was awesome but it was always going to struggle after going a goal down so early.
Be nice to see the away fans closer though, 109 and 110, or the other side.

I decided to move to 114 for this...should have stayed in 117. around me were a bunch of Spaniards, husband and wife with flask and blanket (brought out at half time) and kids. While not a bad thing, it's not what was intended.

I've just ended up writing a massive rant on that fan survey email about this and cba re-typing it but basically: it will work but needs to be implemented permanently and the people who WANT to sing/chant will move there, it will be great...just give it time.

The last time I went that mental was Yaya's goal in the FA cup final and micah's goal against villa in the cup a few years back. fucking brilliant end to a shite game.

i went from 116 to a few rows back and a bit across to 117, some alright guys there but the biggest tosser ever behind slagging every player off.
