He won't last 2 seasons back at Chelsea.
He's been found out - an agitating, trouble causing, egotistical, selfish, self centred areshole. Come to think of it he would fit in perfectly at the Swamp.
And for all them reasons we told the c unt to get fucked when he came knocking on our door.
No we didn't. Sorry to break our heart but we were still talking to him in 2009 AFTER Mancini took over. He preferred Real Madrid though.

A couple of years later he certainly knocked on our door but it certainly wasn't slammed in his face. Discussions were well advanced but there were problems over something and we terminated discussions and gave Mancini a new contract.

He's using Roman and will be the next boss of Arsenal....

Agree. I used to quite like him a few years back, but since he joined Madrid, he has become a total arse. Needy? fuckin' hell ...is he? with his fake 'sad look', his fake 'respect for Baconface', he really gets on my tits these days. I really don't want the 'special needy one' at our place and I don't think he ever will come here.
I think he's genuinely unhappy at Madrid. At Porto, Chelsea and Milan he seemed to love what he was doing.

I would rather believe Gary james's version of events from 2009 than yours to be honest p.b
Mourinho was rejected.
There's being rejected and being rejected. It's one thing to say "No way Jose we're not interested" before you've even talked but quite another if you do talk but can't accept something the other party wants or vice versa.

I don't know all the details of what happened in 2009 but I do know that Mourinho was told that we were interested (subject to agreement) but if Mancini was a conspicuous success over the rest of the season then they'd stick with him. So maybe Mourinho said "It's either mine or it's not and I'm also talking to Madrid so if you want me put the contract on the table" and we said "Well we can't do that so thanks for your interest and good luck at Madrid". So we could quite truthfully say we rejected him.

In 2011, things went further and my main sources for that were not connected to City. We were negotiating contract details and who would be his assistant. However there was a sticking point over something (whether it was money, control or doubts over his commitment) and we pulled the plug on the deal. So again, strictly speaking, we rejected him but we had seriously explored the prospect of hiring him.

As you can see, it's quite possible to reconcile what Gary was told with what I was told.

If he comes back to this league, be it for us, United or anyone else - you'll regret "rejecting" him.

Why do you think we don't want him or the rags too?
The only Place for him is the club that fucked him over.

Regardless, his time in Madrid has proven he's far from invincible. 3 seasons, beaten to the league in 2 of them, one Copa Del Ray, never beyond the semi's of the Champions league. Domestic honours will be shared out regardless of who is managing who, especially with teams like the Rags and Chelsea, whom I fully expect to strengthen further in the summer and be a threat whoever they get in.

I know you Chelsea lot love the arse off him, but even you have to admit a lot of the aura that made him so successful has gone. Fortunately our press love him even more than Chelsea fans, so they'll be doing their level best to blow sunshine up his arse at any opportunity.

What like "no thanks" as opposed to "fuck off".. ;)
