Completely spoilt the whole music event scene for me.
Any desire I had previously to attend concerts/festivals have now gone - just one big money racket.

I'll be sat at home right near the stadium listening to The stone Roses LP when the concerts are on.

If they were serious about getting rid of touts they would implement a system like they have at glastonbury where every ticket has a photo of your face on it.
Even if they dont go that far, print the name and address of each person on the ticket and you have to show id. Would take a little longer getting into the gig, but worth it to stop filling the pockets of touting twats.
The amount of gigs ive been to lately that are sold out but end up being 3/4 full because touts have got a shit load, its a joke.

It's not a joke as I don't find it funny. it's crap that I miss out on events I'd actually enjoy going to because of price inflations, tickets getting snapped up straight away.
The whole process for obtaining tickets is bollocks.

The gig at HP was wank anyway. full of pissed up jeremy kyle scrotes who weren't even assed about the music, just there for the drugs and drink.
And Stone Roses were shit live.

To anyone thinking of buying off touts or other sites now don't do it.
There's 240000 out there and a lot bought by people with no intention of going so will be lots knocking around nearer the time when the touts start getting twitchy
At heaton park you could get em for a tenner on the day

True... At HP I was asked plenty of times on my way in with my official ticket if I wanted to buy a ticket.
