Unfinished Monkey Business remains my favourite album of his. Its just so raw. You Can't See Me, Ice Cold Cube, What Happened To Ya, Corpses, My Star... brilliant.

Gets it at least once a day in my gaff this tune.

No way I'm the same mate, not a week goes by where I haven't played the roses at some point, and that's lasted for 30 years now and it still gives me the butterflies to this day.

Some roses fan has met mani in st ives and mani has apparently (huge pinch of salt needed here but I'm hanging on to anything...) said the roses are reconvening at the end of the year!!

You might just want to locate where they are for future reference.

Reni told a few people(again apparently, pinch of salt...) he's ready for next year's reunion and that all the roses played on ripples, he wrote lots of songs when they did all for one and beautiful thing but ian didn't think they sounded like roses songs.
Somewhere there are demos of the songs on ripples by all the roses that mani has said are better than the album versions.
Add to the fact that brownie has gone underground since his album release and you can get carried away quite easily.
I'd say something is brewing.
