2. Aren't sentences more about rehabilitation than punishment? The second Stuart Hall leaves those prison walls he'll be under constant surveillance from the Police. A man of 83 years of age under constant surveillance isn't what I would call an active threat to the public. He'll remain under house arrest until the day he dies, won't he?

Doesn't matter how long ago it was or how old he is now, he's ruined peoples lives and 15 months is a disgrace of a sentence.
Fuck him being 83, fuck him if he did die in jail. You do the crime and you should do the time.
