Maybe this was the CFG plan all along. To take the City brand, establish it as a successful football entity, then fuck Manchester off altogether and move the whole shebang to New York

They’ve wanted the ego signings like Messi, Neymar, Mbappe etc but couldn’t entice them to live in Manchester - they’d gladly move ‘City’ to a more desirable location so Abu Dhabi can be affiliated to those mercenaries.

Sadly, accepting the ADUG money to subisidise the success of the past decade always made this a possible/almost inevitable. They’re owners, not investors, so can therefore do whatever they want with our club.

The Glazers could do the same - sell Old Trafford and take the United franchise to Florida. The Manchester clubs will geographically be in the weakest position to attract the best players of all this clubs this new format - even the Milan clubs will be resurrected to the 90’s levels of prestige and wealth.
