I wouldn't be too sure that a court would allow clubs to be booted out of their domestic league for participating in another competition but I'm not a lawyer; however, the USL will be using some very expensive advisers, who should know.

Kicking out TOP 6 from PL wont help.PL tv deal will reduce to pennies and entire league will come down
Keep these 6 DONT PAY THEM ANYTHING BEYOND 1 million pound.Let money be distributed among other clubs.Make sure these clubs never win domestic cup again be making them start at -20 points.Make these gusy play FA cup qualifiers Carabao Cup qualifiers

Yes that's the reality now, like it or not. I've been saying for the past decade to all those who said we bought our success, that part of their problem was they were simply jealous it wasn't them. If this has been Everton instead of City (for example), would any Everton fan be complaining now?

I see the SL as something similar, the big clubs as "fans clubs" are long gone. At the end of the day we want to be asking if we want to be playing Real Madrid or Gillingham in a big end of season match, and I doubt that most fans would pick Gillingham, but without the money that's where we were.

F C City of Manchester... we could rent the Etihad..hopefully the sheiks team won’t need it unless they remove all the empty seats
 
Anyway, fuck this idea. I'm all for getting UEFA out of the picture but the idea of a closed shop to protect Milan, Arsenal, Spurs, Barca etc from their own shit and allow the likes of Kroenke and FSG to leech more money from the game is fucking disgusting.
