They didn't really even miss Mane & Salah during their time at the AFCON.
I'm confident we'll win the title but i think they may win the CL
What nobody told you is that Palace also missed two of their best players. They didn't tell you that because they didn't want you to know that other teams had African players too and it isn't just woe is Liverpool.

I doubt it. Some Liverpool fans may think so, but they are probably a minority. They know we are very strong.

I think also that most City fans are optimistic. Nothing is decided yet, but most City fans realize we are in a great position.
Every Liverpool fan would swap places with us but the media narrative that if they win it will be the greatest comeback since Lazarus is tiresome. 6 points with so many games to go and playing them/Ref/var

The little twerp on BBC Breakfast a nonce (hmm does my spell check know something l don't?)
ANNOUNCED Liverpool's result last night with 'Liverpool keep up the pressure on Man City......'
Not long ago the BBC and the rest of the media plus managers and fans of other clubs mainly those in the cartel, were moaning the PL.was not fair and needed drastic change.
Now it seems gallant impoverished Liverpool are back in hot pursuit. So what has changed? City drew and dropped two points. A bit of a surprise but not totally unexpected to any football fan with half a brain who knows shit happens.
Now everything seems hunkey dorey, set for Liverpool to catch us.
Or the league needs changing again.

It wouldn’t even rank in the top three of PL comebacks. It wouldn’t come close to our eight points behind with only six games to go in 2011-12. I don’t know the points involved but the rags were a lot further back at this stage when Keegan’s Newcastle imploded in 1996 and then they were the victims themselves when Wenger’s Arsenal came from miles behind to overtake them a few years later.
