I’ve heard a million times in the ever so neutral press that Liverpool can close the gap to 3 points with a win at the Etihad but not once that City can go 9 clear and put the champagne on ice
I just think pep will prioritise champs league over prem & we may see some more rotation this will give Liverpool something to chase. Their priority is prem I believeSo, if we win, that'll probably put us 9 points ahead of them, at least! They're in the Chumps league too - and Carabou final as well.
I agree but I have an awful feeling the derby won’t go as planned. :-( hope I’m wrong. This is their one way to give their fans something to cheer & they are stuffy against us. I just see points dropped aheadEven a draw is ok for us....
You must know pep will never prioritise any single cup.I just think pep will prioritise champs league over prem & we may see some more rotation this will give Liverpool something to chase. Their priority is prem I believe
I’m not sure, pep & the club want this trophy & we are in a very good position to win itYou must know pep will never prioritise any single cup.
Outside of Ederson, Rodri and Cancelo, I legitimately couldn't call what a priority and non-priority first eleven would look like. We've got the squad to win the league and go the distance in Europe, and if we don't it won't be because Pep rotated because he's done that all season.I just think pep will prioritise champs league over prem & we may see some more rotation this will give Liverpool something to chase. That sounds like something they may have been saying about us a decade or so ago. It really is nice to see how far they've fallen.I agree but I have an awful feeling the derby won’t go as planned. :-( hope I’m wrong. Hes says time and time again that winning breeds winning. He tries to win every single trophy we enterI’m not sure, pep & the club want this trophy & we are in a very good position to win it
Because the pain of losing it to them outweighs the joy of beating them to it. With hindsight yeah it was fuckin brilliant but had we lost it i would never have gotten over itHow could you not totally love the run-in at the business end of the 2018/19 season? As a football supporter, the things that dreams are made of.
