For all the talk of a quad I don’t think that the bookies ever had them favourites at any point in the season. If anyones interested Betfair have us at 82% now to win the League…

Maybe not, but do you think he will tell professional footballers to go out and not try?No way will Gerrard want Liverpool to drop points there.
You didnt see Fabinho's forearm smash on Son? Or his numerous other fouls? Or Keita's studs first stomach challenge? And what is the explanation for 5 mins injury time when there were hardly any stoppages and gratuitously allowing the game to continue for almost an extra minute after the 5?He was ok? Let the game flow. Booked three of their players. Wasn’t much to moan at other than the injury time
It’d be bad for football anyway, wouldn’t it?For all the talk of a quad I don’t think that the bookies ever had them favourites at any point in the season.
Forearm smash? That’s extreme. Injury time I agreed with but two goals, all subs used I think? That isn’t far off five. He allowed the corner to play out for some reason unknown. I just think in that atmosphere and them claiming everything he didn’t do bad.You didnt see Fabinho's forearm smash on Son? Or his numerous other fouls? Or Keita's studs first stomach challenge? It's not negativity...just a difference of opinionOk. Fair enough. Your inveterate negativity must have informed my perspective.
Especially while he’s still trying to set an example with his players at Villa. Not a chance Gerrard goes into that game with the intention of letting Liverpool win.Maybe not, but do you think he will tell professional footballers to go out and not try?
It’s not extreme, it’s not correct either. It was an elbow.Forearm smash? That’s extreme. Injury time I agreed with but two goals, all subs used I think? That isn’t far off five. Absolutely not, but if deep down he doesn’t want to win, they won’t win.Maybe not, but do you think he will tell professional footballers to go out and not try?
All these theories are mental business end of the season. Look at Liverpool giving united the title whilst screwing a legend of their club in the process. None of that will come into it. Villa players will just go out to win. Not play any different because their manager played for Liverpool.Absolutely not, but if deep down he doesn’t want to win, they won’t win.
