We're now at the point where Arsenal would be devastated not to win the league. They're 8 clear and think it's pretty much in the bag. They know they won't have a better chance and there is absolutely no guarantee that that team is involved in a title race again next season.

We've just got to hang in there, beat Liverpool and the pressure ramps right up.

The difference is 1 game, Liverpool (A), Newcastle (A), Chelsea (H), West Ham (A), Brighton (H).

We just need anyone of them to be a draw, Arsenal are going to go into those games feeling they need to win to keep it out of our hands, they won't want to settle for draws, that could help us.

I think Arsenal will have another 3-4 games in a row where they drop 7-8 pts, e.g. from City away to Brighton home. It will be close. If we are level or within 2 pts after the game at the Etihad in April, we'll be in a good position to win the title. Will be surprised if they finish strongly and win, say, 8 from the last 10 games. Might be wrong, but I doubt they will get more than 6 wins. Imo, If we win 9 from 11 games and avoid 2 losses, we are champions. Even 8 wins and 3 draws may suffice, provided that we win the home game vs them. Both teams to win 88-89 pts with City winning the title on GD :)

They're playing like they are desperate to win the league. There's a focus and a determination that is relentless. When they lose the ball there is 5-6 players scampering around trying to win it back. They keep that up they will probably just pip us. The only hope is that the dippers and Newcastle need to win to win to make champs league and will be determined to get something out of the game which is all we need really.

It really isn’t about Arsenal at this point in my view. They will drop points in April. The issue is whether we can go undefeated the rest of the way to take advantage. If we win the rest of our games we win the league in my view.

I don't think that's the only hope, I think Arsenal going into all the games feeling they need to win to keep it out of our hands will cost them at some point.

Even games like Chelsea (H), we're making them feel like a draw isn't enough because we'll pounce.

Of course, it's about Arsenal too. If they drop points by drawing at Anfield, St James and the Etihad, they will be 1st, even if we win the other games. Dropping points should mean at least a loss at the Etihad and a draw elsewhere. I doubt we'll be able to win all our games, especially if we reach the CL semis. We'll have to rest Rodri, Haaland, Dias, Ake...in some games and it may cost us points. Hopefully we win all remaining games, but it's unlikely. The nature of football means that we are likely to draw/lose a game in which we are much better, like Forest away. But I think Arsenal will drop points in 2-3 games, our game with them aside.

I think we have a potentially difficult run-in compared to Arsenal. we also have a very difficult route to win either or both of the Champions League and the FA Cup. If we win three trophies we will surely be witnessing our best-ever season, but if we miss out altogether some will be calling for change at the top, accusing us of being complacent and Pep over-thinking. But look at the challenge ahead, we should have enough to beat Sheffield United, but we have some tricky Premier League games ahead and still need Arsenal to draw or lose one more than us and lost to us. If we beat Bayern Munich, we might have RM and then Napoli, the next few weeks could be transformative. Whatever happens, the Daily Fail will still keep banging on about us breaking rules which were only ever there to protect the clubs who thought they were entitled to keep spending and not allowing anyone else to. I would settle for one trophy, preferably the Champions League, but we have to show the kind of form we have shown over the last month every time for the rest of the season

If the fail are printing lies, that would suggest we are winning so I will take it. All or nothing part of the season. Hopefully the team can get through it victorious. One game at a time and all that. It’s going to be a nervy road ahead. We can do it until we can’t. Come on City let’s win all 3 -:)
