No I didn’t say it like it was easy, I said as it stands 10 points from 15 would do, if we beat Villa then we probably do’t need 10 and 2 wins from the last 4 would be all we need. You say ‘beat Villa’ like it’s just that easy. This isn’t the City of the last eight years that we all trusted under any pressure to deliver.
We’re fifth in the table and 18 points off the top, for a reason. We’ve not won three PL games in a row since October and we’ve dropped some criminal points at times by being nothing short of utterly shit.
Even on this little unbeaten run we’re currently on, nobody can say that we’ve played particularly well against Spurs, Brighton, Leicester, United and Everton. We didn’t play well against Palace, granted.
Not saying we won’t or can’t do it, but I can see why many have worries about it and everyone looking at the other teams.
The stats show that if we beat Villa we are likely to end up 3rd.
So if we are 5th for a reason, what does that make Villa's 7th?You say ‘beat Villa’ like it’s just that easy. This isn’t the City of the last eight years that we all trusted under any pressure to deliver.

If we beat Villa, I don't think it will go to the wire but that's a big 'if'.Going to the wire this. After recently seasons, I consoled myself that, if we couldn't win the league, at least I could sit back and enjoy a comfortable CL place.
Good point. I personally would take a draw though as Ithink we will win the rest.So if we are 5th for a reason, what does that make Villa's 7th?
Could really do with a Forest meltdown right about now.
Neither of your points are correctNo point in pretending otherwise, those results at Villa Park and Craven Cottage are an absolute disaster.
We need to beat Villa
Probably doesn't help those people with their hand on the panic button, but i think we'll still get top 5 even if we get beat on TuesdayIf we beat Villa, I don't think it will go to the wire but that's a big 'if'.
They can’t go down now. Subconsciously they might take their foot off the gas slightly now.Wolves are the most in form team at the moment.. so much for them being pushovers.
if spurs manage to get a win tomorrow night does that take a little bit of pressure on the villa game
If we beat Villa, I don't think it will go to the wire but that's a big 'if'.
Or the 5pts we lost in games at Brentford and Brighton after being ahead in both.I just hope the 5 points dropped against the Rags doesn't cost City a CL place. That would be criminal.
