You say ‘beat Villa’ like it’s just that easy. This isn’t the City of the last eight years that we all trusted under any pressure to deliver.

We’re fifth in the table and 18 points off the top, for a reason. We’ve not won three PL games in a row since October and we’ve dropped some criminal points at times by being nothing short of utterly shit.

Even on this little unbeaten run we’re currently on, nobody can say that we’ve played particularly well against Spurs, Brighton, Leicester, United and Everton. We didn’t play well against Palace, granted.

Not saying we won’t or can’t do it, but I can see why many have worries about it and everyone looking at the other teams.
No I didn’t say it like it was easy, I said as it stands 10 points from 15 would do, if we beat Villa then we probably do’t need 10 and 2 wins from the last 4 would be all we need.
Bet those 9 pr 10 points and the other teams don’t matter. 67 will get top 5

Going to the wire this. After recently seasons, I consoled myself that, if we couldn't win the league, at least I could sit back and enjoy a comfortable CL place.

if spurs manage to get a win tomorrow night does that take a little bit of pressure on the villa game

I disagree mate. I think it would be one step forward, two steps back as it would let Forest off the hook.

If Villa get a win, they go above us and the race is in their hands.

Right now, the race is in our hands and we can't ask for more.

Forest get beat tomorrow and we win against Villa, and that's us pretty much home and dry in my opinion. I would go as far as saying we would be the favourites to finish 3rd.

At this point of the season, it’s all about who turns up!

With no help from anyone trying to stay up, it’s all about the top teams performing at the business end of the season…so will we?

If we beat Villa, I don't think it will go to the wire but that's a big 'if'.

We're the only team in the top six they haven't played away from home, and they've got 1 point from the other five matches. It's not an easy match, but we'd still be strong favourites playing at home.

I just hope the 5 points dropped against the Rags doesn't cost City a CL place. That would be criminal.
Or the 5pts we lost in games at Brentford and Brighton after being ahead in both.

Or the 5pts we lost at home against Everton and Spurs. That Spurs game was a shocker.

Champions League qualification is on our hands but likewise, we've only ourselves to blame if we don't make it.

Chelsea have arsenal and dippers but good chance both have nothing to play for when they play. Could do with spurs beating liverpool next week so they can win it against Chelsea.
