Still short of out and out striking options but can't wait to see some of the players today. It'd be a real statement of intent and make for some highly entertaining Arsenal antics and panic if they stuff afc at the emirates today

Win win situation today. At least one set of cockney wankers will be gutted.

This and only this.

lets hope its the emirate wankers that lose, i hate those self righteous cunts. and i hope their pisstaking owners double their season tickets price and sell wiltshire

Re: The Tottenham Thread 13/14 part 2.

Probably prefer Arsenal to win. Most Arsenal fans I know in real life are just depressed at the moment or mysteriously quiet about football. Spuds are full of gid. And Bluemoon doesn't help their case.

Re: The Tottenham Thread 13/14 part 2.

Most arsenal fans are vile human beings so ill root for more misery out of them today.

Re: The Tottenham Thread 13/14 part 2.

On spurscommunity we have a "what the opposition is saying thread" where someone will have a look at forums of other fans and post their candid opinions. Anyway, i saw this post:

To be fair, there's one Spurs fan there in particular - THFC6061 - who seems to have caused a bit of a ruckus.I hope he's not a poster on here because I have to say that, if I was a City fan on that board, I'd want to thump him.Maybe it's just me, but I think there's a wrong and a right way to post as a visiting fan on another club's forum. Certainly, I wouldn't report repeatedly on Spurs youth team results or post charts and stats to show how wonderful we are. Why would City fans be remotely interested in any of that?Nor would I be precious about criticism of Spurs and feel that I had to defend the club against their accusations. It's their board. Let them say what they want about us. Nothing I could say would likely change their minds anyway. Best way to deal with it is with self deprecating humour. That might earn a little respect and allow you the luxury, every once in a while, to defend Spurs against a particularly inaccurate accusation without being treated as a tedious, one eyed prick. It's kind of like British tourists abroad. So many of them just give the country a bad name while on their travels.

Just so you know, the feeling is mutual.

Thanks for posting that, Speaker. Seems we have another one hewn from the same condescending plank in unoriginalusername, I suspect he may have the same IP too.

"That fella is on literally every football forum I've ever seen posting charts and graphs about Spurs. It's a bit embarrassing tbh. Wonder how he hasn't gotten banned from Bluemoon yet, they must be quite a tolerating bunch lol."

That was the first thing to cross my mind when I first read his posts!

Its a pity really, THFC6061 was annoying but usually tolerable up until a few weeks back when he seemed to go into overdrive. It spoils a good thread. With City and Spurs being close in the league a couple of seasons back, and with what is happening with them since, there is a lot of interest here. And its helped by the several Spurs fans who are descent posters, but when THFC decides to start wumming all hell breaks loose.

I wouldn't even mind too much if he thought he was providing a service to the Spurs diaspora on here, but with the trouble he causes he just makes it worse for them too. Its obviously about him, not them.

Somebody should explain that 'care in the community' doesn't mean the online community!

Instead of making absurd unfounded accusations, why not simply ask a mod to check this?

Which is why we should suck it up and keep letting him post. Personally, I don't mind him giving it out as he seems able to take it back.
