The Tottenham Thread (Merged)

There should be an absolutely hilarious post somewhere of me saying that I did not expect us to go on a bad run. Oh how optimistic I once was. Woe is me.

No blame for Adebayor in this, he has actually continued to run his bollocks off every game for us.

When you have your own fans singing at your manager "Bale, he plays on the left", shortly followed by "Lennon he plays on the right", then I have no problem with any player having a word with 'Arry.

Many people here indicated how tactically inept 'Arry is and I hold my hands up and admit that they were right, and I was wrong.

Having your wingers come inside on a tiny pitch like QPR's, in an already congested midfield was the final straw for me. They say that 'Arry is a great man motivator when his teams are playing well - which is about as useful as lead boots in a flood.

Literally the worst form I have ever seen a Spurs side in, and I've been watching them avidly since we almost got relegated and had our necks saved by Klinsmann.

What impresses me most is that for a picture that can't be any older than a week, some twat has already managed to get a shit poor quality upressed version floating about.

Reading through the posts it reminds me of us a couple seasons back when Spurs pipped us to the last remaining Champions League spot.

Bale's in my fantasy team so I watch him closer than other players when watching your agmes. First off, why has he stopped bombing forward on counter attacks? You had a game the other week when you counter attacked and Bale was repeatedly still stuck in your own half? He's usually bombing forward

Secondly your game against QPR was a mess. Watched the first half and Bale seemed to pop up everywhere across the midfield - not in a good dynamic rotational swapping sort of way but more of a drifting, aimless, disorganised type of way

They seem to have lost it in a big way. I know we all think the press go on too much about them and how they play, but we were being likened to Barcelona earlier in the season - so the press are as fickle with most teams (not the Rags though, never a bad word about those cunts). Don't know who is to blame, so I'm eager to hear from Spurs fans on this one, and we have some on here. So lads, who's to blame?

1. Is it just a drop in form, simple as that - players can't possibly play outstandingly all season, and maybe your dip has come at the wrong time.

or

2. Has 'Arry done as much as he can, and is being found out?

I don't for one second believe the England job has affected him, maybe it's just that he's run his course with Spurs.
