I don't mind Spurs at all. Allot of knee Jerk hate going on. There player got stamped they want justice. Shock horror.

Balotelli has been found guilty of violent conduct and is now facing a four match ban from the Football Association.

But that really doesn't do Spurs any good, as he was later involved in the injury-time penalty decision and scored Manchester City's winning goal when he really shouldn't have been on the field at the time.

Where is the justice for Spurs in all of this?
Justice is what you got, a defeat

The same place as the justice that saw Parker and VDV stay on the field.

Spurs have some legitimate grievances but really need to shut the fuck up now. It wasnt all one way.

Boo fucking hoo. You're sounding a bit like a scouser mate, perhaps you should start a petition?

JUSTICE FOR THE WHITE HART LANE 11!

Re Modric, I'd say he put in a couple of good balls here and there, released BAE a couple of times IIRC but yeah, he didn't have the best of games. Makes me even prouder of the result to have come so close to coming away with a point or even a win when VDV and Modric were firing blanks

yeah. next time we might have kompany and yaya playing

I fully don't understand this post.

It's fairly simple. Your two may be firing blanks but arguably our best two weren't even there.

But I'm not talking about who wasn't there, teams have to deal with players not being there, we did that pretty well and that's why I said I'm proud of the performance.

I look forward to the next time we play, with the obvious controversy aside I think it was a great example of football, it's now easier to view it from less emotionally involved angle and see that it must have been a great game to watch for the neutrals...

You got beat fair and square pal.

The table does not lie . You are good , we are a little bit better.

The sending off is not relevant under the current outdated regulations .

Nobody in that ground has eyes capable of seeing that incident hence nobody complainer.

It's the closest thing you can get in the game to justice for a stamp. I have no doubt at some point this will happen to us and we will whip the petition and feel robbed and get out the pitch forks. It happens in football. One week your fucked over the next week another team. There wont be a rule change yet.

just had some lively debate with some spurs fans, and they actually believe our ground was empty until this year. can't believe it really, had them down for better than that really, they just sound like utd fans. At the end of it all he calls me arrogant for arguing the point that we had 30k in the 2nd division, where do these idiots come from? i just wish football fans would talk straight, instead of being bitter all the time. theres only west ham fans that seem to want us to do well

You and 'arry and all your bumchums in the media may have found him guilty but as of yet the FA have only charged him with violent conduct. He has until Wednesday to respond.

Boo fucking hoo. Don't come crying on here expecting pity, you'll get non. You got all the justice you deserved on the day, 0 points and 'arry the melt faced hypocrite almost in tears.

I don't know how old you are mate, but I reckon the passage of time has made our loyalty a decade and a half ago an irrelevance to younger fans of other clubs. Supporters of clubs like Spurs in their early twenties will have been unaware of the role that our supporters played in keeping this club going during those dark days. Our support around that time was one of the talking points of football at the time.

Given the general level of antipathy towards our club it is hardly surprising that the older fans of other clubs who do remember aren't fighting our corner and pointing out the truth to them.

It is an enduring sense of bemusement to me that Spurs fans dare criticise our support when the last time they had bigger average home crowds than us was around a decade ago.

That said, anyone who expected our rise to the top to be welcomed by fans of other clubs such as Spurs has a pretty limited understanding of human nature.

fucking laughable some of the spuds on here, parker shouldn't have been on the fucking pitch either but oh no "scotty's" a fine white englishmen so it's ok.

you were the worst team on sunday, your two goals were smash and grab and we gifted you the first one. you deserved FUCK ALL and got FUCK ALL.

some of you are quilty of listening to the media. i used to quite like spurs but not after this weekend. redknapps one of the biggest lying, media raping, deluded cunts to have ever graced the game and i'm going celebrating when they lock the saggy faced twat up.

so you can all fuck off with your self pitying bull shit.

6pts well deserved for us. london's finished.

very well put mate! its not that i was naive enough to expect the football world to welcome us to the top, but i am surprised at the level of shite from the spurs fans. they actually sound like utd fans its embarrassing. im 33 mate, so ive been there through all the dark days really, i actually thought i was a curse at one point, cos the team's been shite ever since i was born! it wasn't so long ago that most football fans were calling for someone to crack the dominant top 4, as it was getting like scotland. how did they think that any team was going to do that without spending a fortune?

I don't imagine for a second that they did. It's only so unfair because it's not them ;-)

Just finished reading Dennis Tueart's book GDM, in the epilogue he specifically mentions this particular point and how if it wasn't for the supporters the club was in real danger of folding.

Funnily enough, DH, I borrowed that book overnight off a mate this weekend. He made me promise that I return it to him for Sunday (we were watching the game together) so due to the limited time I 'sped-read' the sections that I thought would be of most interest - but I never read the epilogue. Thanks for the heads up - I'll borrow it next time I'm round his. Hopefully on this occasion he won't act like an over-zealous fucking librarian.

If we're talking about decisions that should/shouldn't have been given and their affects then your 1st goal shouldn't have stood. It was only scored after a catastrophic error from Savic, a player who was playing because Kompany was serving a ban for winning the ball in a tackle.

See, people can look back at decisions previously and extrapolate how they have affected subsequent incidents for ever, it doesn't actually mean anything. You have to cope with these things, just like we are.

Poor old Arry has said in court today that he's tired of the slurs on his character.

Well after the character assasination of Balotelli on live telly at the weekend from nim i can only say, "Fuck off arry and fuck off tottenham/'
