I assume there's been more than one picture of Adam, so by not telling us the name of the picture or the artist, how can we tell if the answer given is right/wrong/humorous/not humorous?

I get what you're saying mate, but...the painting I posted is arguably the most famous one of Adam, so I get why the contestant probably thought of it if he/she didn't know the one in the question :-)
