Can’t remember which show it was on but my favourite ever dumb answer was to the following question:

In which board game can a player make the Hungarian Opening?

The contestant answered: Monopoly.

I don’t know much about chess, and I wasn’t even sure I was right, but it’s one of those questions where you make an educated guess. The comedy comes from sitting there and wondering what was going on in the contestant’s head that could make them imagine that that was a plausible answer?

Unintentional comedy genius.

The thing is, I understand their logic. Which makes it even funnier. There's a clip of Homer Simpson doing a Godfather type role (he is referred to as Don Homer) eating a doughnut!
