Well, I suppose Platini aint done a good job with his FFP malarky.
And Hughes didnt go a great job buying expensive flops as well as some good signings.
And ditto Mancini.

As for Marwood (so what if he used to play for Arsenal?!), maybe he is doing a good job within the constraints that he is working under. It looks like being Rodwell and Nastasic in so far, with Savic gone, along with a few others. Overall a net improvement to an already tasty squad, with 2 days to go.

I take your point but the unexpected Chavski spend fest bothers me and I still wish we had beaten them to Mr Hazard.

Chelsea have earned in excess of £100m for winning the Champs league and if you also take into the account the people off the wage bill (Drogba, Anelka etc). They probably still have money left to spend.

There income is fine for FFP. They already have good revenue coming in compared to spend.

And they've got plenty of room to manoeuvre on wages since Drofba, Anelka etc left.
