I have always had my doubts about Marwood, this transfer window has just confirmed them.

It hasn't, because you have absolutely no idea how he has performed this window, or any other. I would image the same goes for every poster on Bluemoon.

You had an opinion of BM, you have jumped to a conclusion. Nothing more.

I don't think Mancini would have been too bothered by having a left footed tricky winger in his squad and a right footed pacey winger in his squad. I do think he will be seriously fucked off if he has the option of neither. The world knows we sold our only winger, the manager wants a winger and you won't accept that that doesn't help our negotiating position with other clubs for a winger. To be honest you're kind of trying to argue black is white here and I can't be arsed with it because we are going round in circles. You win, I guess.

It's just my opinion that the sale of Johnson doesn't force us to pay a penny more for Sinclair. If you think it does thats your business, not a case of winning and losing.

I agree. I doubt if people even fully nderstand his role. I know I don't. Ultimately the people at the very top are responsible for everything below. If they are unhappy with any aspectthen it's up to them to address it. So when people criticize Marwood, imo they are just avoiding criticizing the chairman and owner.

We have to accept what ever happens. No one is to blame really.

The same Marwood who got Silva,Aguero and Yaya.

By all accounts Yaya`s transfer was a difficult one,if the press are to be believed.

Without any of them we wouldn`t be Champions.

Short memories some people.

Didn`t the Chairman also give him his full backing in his interview on the OS.

Personally I don't blame Brian Marwood as it is down to if the deal is right. Most of us on here know absolutely nothing about our internal workings of our club and are based on opinions and not solid facts.

That's fair enough but the people who say Marwood is doing a great job in this window are equally just voicing an opinion and not basing it on any internal knowledge of the workings of the club either.

They are trying to provide balance to the discussion about a member of our board whose role was just a temporary stop gap .

De Rossi (again)

its all gone wrong this time thanks to one and only Marwood.

We've only gone and signed two young players with huge potential in key positions we were lacking

-stretching it a bit? - this window's been an unmitigated disaster so far. Our first 11 is the best in the league but we have a small squad lacking in quality in terms of defensive & midfield depth. I don't blame bobby for throwing toys out of pram.
