I think 90% of hand balls in the box are not deliberate. That's why defenders put their arms behind their back as the amount of penalties that are given. I think Dyer flicks his arm out and forearms it away, I don't think it's deliberate but it's a penalty for me. From the refs angle it looks nailed on

It has to be deliberate to be a penalty so your post makes zero sense.

Never a pen. It even hit Rose's hand as deliberately as it hit Dyer's.
Looked to me as if he was just trying to get his arm across the spud player.
Looked that way to me too. I don't think it was deliberate and there's no fucking way the ref saw it.
Totally disagree.....never deliberate.To be fair, the more I see it, the more deliberate it looks. He seems to flick out his hand to the ball, rather than "ball to hand".
