Deliberate or arm in unnatural position is the law and guidance given in this instance neither was the case As he turned his arms were out for balance and the momentum of the turn caused his arm/hand to move Fat Bobby must have X-ray vision to see the contact

Terrible decision. It ricocheted off his heel up behind his back and he was just trying to shield the man. It did strike him but it was hardly a clearance as it went straight to the feet of the Spud... On the slow mo you can see (although the ref wouldn't) that he closes his eyes at the same moment. Not deliberate so should not have been a penalty.

The whole thing is just bollocks. It all comes down to how the ref interprets it and each ref interprets it differently so theres no consistency. It's just pure guess work each time.
